Fiona works as a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon in the area of burns and scar management. Through her research and development into tissue culture and tissue regeneration her goal is to achieve scar less wound healing.
Fiona currently holds the positions of Director of the West Australian Burns Service, Consultant Plastic Surgeon of Royal Perth Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospitals and Clinical Professor in the school of pediatrics and child health at the University of Western Australia.
Fiona is Director and Co-founder of Clinical Cell Culture, a member and past president of the Australia New Zealand Burn Association and chair of the ISBI disaster committee.
She is the Chair of the National working party for burn standards of care and the Western Australian representative on the National steering committee for burn disaster.
Ms Marie Stoner
Marie is the co-founder of Clinical Cell Culture (C3) and currently their Chief Scientific Officer. C3 is an independent company founded to commercialise new products out of the research done by the McComb Foundation.
Marie previously worked at PMH where her research led her to develop the West Australian Skin Culture Laboratory. Now Marie heads up the C3 Skin Culture laboratory and continues to work on her research as head of the R&D Program.
She is a past member of the board of the International Society for Tissue Engineering and has presented at numerous international medical conferences.
She is the author of many published articles in medical journals.
Jenni Ballantyne
Jenni is a graduate of Curtin University School of Occupational Therapy. Her clinical background has included work in the areas of burns, trauma and neurological dysfunction, both within Australia and overseas.
In February of 1988 she was the founding director of the Perth based company, Second Skin, a manufacturer of custom made lycra based medical products, such as pressure garments for burn scar management.
Second Skin operates in Australia, NZ and the UK. Jenni is also very busy in her roles as; Council member Edith Cowan University, The University of Western Australia's Vice-Chancellery -- "A Vision for WA" Steering Group, Chairman of State Supply Commission, Perth Convention Bureau -- Honorary Convention Ambassador, Chairman of Perth Clinic, State Development Forum Member, Edith Cowan University -- Chairman of Quality and Audit Committee.
Ron Bennetts
Former teacher and adviser in the Education Department of WA for 13
years, Ron then spent 5 years as Manager of the ASX (Perth) Investor Services. He has been an Honorary Board Member of the McCusker Foundation
for Alzheimer's Research and the McComb Foundation and also served for eight
years on the Ethics Committee for Princess Margaret Hospital. Ron
is currently a partner with the BPF group at Morgan Stanley where he advisers
private clients, families and corporations in wealth management.
Ron is the author of “The stock market as easy as ABC”,

for players, planners and procrastinators”, “The Australian Residential
Property Market; A guide for players planners and procrastinators” and “Work

Prof Kateryna Longley
Kateryna Longley is an Emeritus Professor at Murdoch University where she was formerly the Pro Vice Chancellor for Regional Development. She has also held the positions of ProVice Chancellor (Research) and Executive Dean.
Currently the Chair of the Cockburn Sound Management Council, and member of the Board of the Peel Development Commission, Professor Longley has served as a director on a number of Boards and in many other professional roles including: Chair of the South Pacific Association for Commonwealth Literature and Language Studies; Editor of the journal SPAN; and member of the world panel for the Commonwealth Literature prize; Chair of the Western Australian Fulbright Scholarship Selection Committee; and member of the WA Rhodes Scholarship Committee.
In 2001 she was the winner of the WA Telstra Business Women's Awards in the Government and Community category and in 2003 she was awarded a Centenary Medal for services to Business and Education.
